| I have windows xp limted account and cant install active html or php or any thing and my brother wont give me an adminster account any surgettions |

The only way you can install ActiveHTML or any program is with a administrator account or have your brother install it for you.

You will need admin account to install or ask your bro to setup your account with admin level.
