Custom Pages, Again

i just need help setting up custom pages, thats all...thanks (need info, ask for it ^.^)

Custom error pages

An error URL can be:

Local: If it begins with a slash /, the URL is local to the web server.

Global: If it begins with http://, the URL is global and the web server informs the browser a redirect to that URL when an error occurs.

like for local
(it bases of htdocs folder)
/errorpages/404.html

for a global

http://www.yahoo.com/404error.html

those are some examples, have fun :)

So......i would use a custom error page i make (i already knew this) at just the address of "/errorpages/404.html"? ....see....i have problems with finding what i need to fill out..so which box would i use this in?....i have the same problem in CGI :oops:

EDIT: I set it up in the default error page but im not sure if its working or not..how can i tell?

To tell if your error page is working, link to a file that doesn't exist on your server
