I am assuming from the posts I have read that anti-leeching is to combat other websites linking to pics on your website and to block multiple connects from download managers, etc.
If correct, is there a set by step tutorial and sample script?

Just activate the option and fill the settings as explained in the documentation. Their labels should be self-explanatory.
