| Is it possible to run a proxy while using abyss, to improve security? Or would there be no benefits of using a proxy? |

You would not be able to run a proxy with Abyss because your IP would continually change making it impossible for visitors to even get to your site.

A proxy does not improve security per se. If a script hosted on the server has a flaw, the proxy can do no magic and protect it from misbehaving.
