FRAPS is pretty good...it only works with like fullscreen things like games and so on but theres a free version that isn't bad and theres a paid one thats even better. I used to use it for making videos for gaming clans. _________________

I use Camtasia Studio for recording the screen. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)

I always favor a free solution, but here is a program I have used before and it was easy.
It's called HyperCam. It is fully-featured and you can use the program in an unlimited fashion. It just displays "Hypercam" in a little box at the top left of the video. You can check this program out at http://www.hyperionics.com/hc/index.asp.
It's description is: "HyperCam 1.6 captures the action from your Windows 9x or NT screen and saves it to AVI (Audio-Video Interleaved) movie file.".
This program enables you to select how many FPS and many other options.
To buy the program, it's $39.95 US. _________________ Stephen
