I prayer for justice.
It's the only scrollerbal content in the event viewer and I'm struggling just to post this topic without such a key system, Windows Explorer (explorer.exe). |

| As they appear to be but their actually a service stopping and starting every damned second causing explorer to freeze. |

No, they ARE information. Otherwise it would say ERROR and not Information. Its telling you the system is doing something.
