The Anti-Leeching feature keeps other websites from linking to your files. You
should read the Abyss Web Server documentation for more info. |

Anti-leeching helps you protect your images for example from being linked directly from other sites. _________________ Support Team

Yep. Normally, you apply anti-leeching on web-hosted resources other than webpages.
I once hosted an SWF (Shockwave Flash) file in my website and there were these unscrupulous MySpace users who directly referenced it in their MySpace accounts and profiles. That was an unnecessary and unethical load and bandwidth problem. Anti-leeching would be one way to mitigate this kind of intrusion. _________________
