ok, I had to reformat my computer and lost most of my settings, and I am now getting this error when I go into phpMyAdmin can someone help me please?

Did you try restarting Abyss and/or your PC?
Are you using the same php/mysql versions as before? If not you might want to try different version combinations. Not all are compatable.
If you are using the same versions then try reinstalling them both. This might help you solve the error.

ok sorted the problem just reinstalled everything instead and put most of the latest versions on via your tutorials on ur site.

Excellent. It shows to me that people can understand the tutorials :-)
I used to think I was rubbish at making tutorials, obviously I cant be that bad :-)
