Your RAM type would be : PC133 SDRAM DIMM 168-Pin Memory
You could try to put in a 512MB stick with cl3.
But...it seems you have two memorysticks from different manufacturers and adding a third could give a compability problem.
How many memorysticks does the motherboard support?

Go to...
http://www.crucial.com
or
http://www.kingston.com
and enter the make/model of your pc.

Both sites will show you the max memory you can have.

If you have the manual for your motherboard it will tell you the type and speed of ram it supports in that.

Keep it in the PC and use it as a backup drive or keep it as a spare.

You cant see the result. It does it in the background. If you want to see the results run defrag manually through the start menu.

If you are using a P4 2ghz system, then your memory will be either DDR 333mhz or DDR 400mhz what you need to do is have a look at the memory you have in your system and it should tell you on there what speed it is.

Just because its a P4 2.0GHz it doesnt mean its DDR 333MHz. It could be anything.

yes you are right about that older p4 motherboards will take older ram some might take pc2100 but newer style ones take pc2700 DDR ram to pc3200 DDR ram or even DDR2

she tell me,my ram is sd ram..

my sistem 256mb is hight already.
the slot only can plug in 256mb,or either u change the new board.(the slot can support hight ram)
