|
sorry for asking a question that's already been asked, but i seem to be having trouble finding that post.
i was just wondering how to change the text-size for the directory browsing output...
i use a 17" monitor @ 1280x1024 resolution so the text is rather hard to read.
i also wanted to know how to customize the background, change font colors etc for the output
TIA

Click to "View-->Text size" inside IE and select the options best for you...
It is that simple...! _________________ Simple...fast...free..... |

I believe the feature your requesting is located only within the Abyss.exe file... This had been brought up before and is I believe being worked on for a future release. _________________ Victor B. Gonzalez

I have been trying to do something about exact issue.
ended up using scripts for that and some of them trun out to do it rather well and allow you to really customise the look of the contents.
i would suggest checking out Cougaindex or DirWrap. both pretty simple to set up and do a good job at displaying contents. they are cgi/perl scripts though so you will need that set up.
i have no doubt that there are alternatives to these though. |

Look at the other dates on this thread. The link is to a beta of the current version of Abyss! There's no need for the link to be up or work. |

wagner_d,
The post you refer to is very old and the modification has been included in the current version of Abyss Web Server availabl for download. _________________ Support Team
