abyss pages not showing up on blackberry

I have used abyss to maintain my personal web site for nearly two years... now using x2 server.

Just bought a blackberry 7290 and, for some reason, it won't pull up any of my abyss pages. I'm getting "server busy" errors, despite the fact that the pages easily pull up on other devices.

Is there a setting I should change somewhere?

Error 503 (Server Busy) is not generated by Abyss Web Server but by your provider proxy or the Blackberry itself. In the BlackBerry official FAQ, you are adviced to contact your provider about error 503: https://www.blackberry.com/ knowledgecenterservices/efaq/ResultPage.asp?FAQId=34 .

Actually, I figured it out on my own.

Blackberry, it turns out, will not allow you to visit a web site on a port other than 80. I had my abyss http port set to 15556. I switched back to 80 and... voila.
