Is there a way to log a visitors IP with the time and date.... Just so i know if whats their face came by. . .
I know how to display the IP..But thats no good.. Id like to know who came and when...
. . . Any ideas?? Thanks... |

Abyss logs all connections to it in access.log
normal found in C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\log\access.log

Sorry me again...
Well im new to running a server. So i dont know if i even need the PHP CGI or ASP.? Dont know what their used for lol..
Im just wondering... How to make a form that gets mailed to my email after someone fills it out... And like i said b4 im also wondering if i can run a mirc chat room on abyss server. ... Thanx again...Cheers. |

mIRC is a Windows wannabe IRC-client. And the protocol is called IRC, not mIRC. Also, you cannot run just one room, you have to run a whole server. And IRC has nothing to do with Abyss. Download UnrealIRC, fix the config-file and run the application.
Also, I think you should pay a visit to http://www.xchat.org/ and download X-chat (yes, X-chat works under Micro$oft Windows).
(Damn it I hate people who say mIRC instead of IRC.)

Chill... LMAO...Thanx for that anyway...
Im wondering....Im sure youve all heard of msn clones like oasiz and nsm chat or phreik.... They all suck i think..... But id like to find out how to open my own chatroom on my server that looks like those msn clones..with the hammers and such..... is that possible? Does it cose money...couse thats not a problem for me... Id like to put this server to so use lol... I cant figure out how they do this.. Can anyone help? |
