It's not working. I tryed port forwarding, please tell me if i did this right

So sorry, I forgot to turn it on*abyss) go ahead and see if you can figure it out now :(
Oh, and also do I need to use my internal ip?? like the one if I go ipconfig/all
Or to just keep using the external one. |
