IP problems

Hmm, right. I'm new to all this stuff, but yeah, here goes my question. I'm on AOL, and I think every time I sign into it, my IP changes, so therefore my site can't be found all the time, unless I change the IP my main web site page. Is there anyway around this, or something I can do, or something to use as an alternative link?

download the no-ip duc program there, it runs in the background and update your ip adress automatic.
