well for a start, you dont tell us much, it does help to know a bit about the setup that you have and what your using or have added suport for.

IM assuming you hav installed ASP support or PHP support or another server-side language.

In a word, configuration.

Another couple of words, Read Instructions.

when you have, you may find you can find the answer quicker than we could find the answer seeing as you have not given us much to go on.

does it work without using a login? example before you made the login?

Two possible issues spring to mind,

the login is not valid

the path you specified does not exist for the alias name you setup.

hmmm...

for an access forbidden notice to be issued, the server must be running.

I suggest that you double check your servers web root is correct.

I get that erro when I miss off the drive letter in the physical path, the server doesnt like it.

the console is accessed from clicking the little globe in the systray and choosing show console.

This will ask you for your login, the admin login is to protect your machine because the console can be accessed fro anywhere in the world IF you know your IP address and the PORT you have set.

So if you have forgotten your Admins login and password, you will have to re-install the server and wipe the gonfig file, your site will be intact, you just need to configure the server again. To 100% on not loosing any of your website, move the directory to a safe place and then do the install. Then move the folder back and you should be up and running again.
