| well I know a little about CHMOD and I could do it with a ftp thing, however abyss is not a support ftp unless I am mistaken. What is an alternative to chmod a file. THank you for your time. I am quite new with php. |

Are you using Windows? If you are, http://www.aprelium.com/forum/search.php as this has been explained to death.
If you are using Linux, then just CHMOD in the console.
