| As far as I know, the current version of Abyss doesn't support JSP/servlets... |

As far as we know, there is no JSP connector that uses CGI. Since the current version of Abyss supports only CGI, there can be no possible interaction between both of them.
Things will change with version 2 that will be available in the near future.
