Ok, here's my question..

I've got my website up and running with Abyss, PHP, phpmyadmin, mysql. I've got the phpbb2 forums working and I've got the utstatdb (which uses the mysql) working as well.. oh and bbclone stats as well...

I just found out about the Abyss Beta that allows upload capping and I'd like to use it.. I'm just scared about losing my content from my forums and my ut2k4 server stats... Any pointers?

All your MySQL tables and data along with your HTML pages will be preserved when you upload to the new beta. Just don't overwrite the \htdocs directory, and make sure you have all interpreters and aliases set up exacly how they were in the old version.

Ok, I'm going to try this upgrade to the beta. I just need to know one thing.. What should I set the upload cap too? my rated upload is 256 Kbps, what would be a good number to use in the entry field of upload cap? I want most of my bandwidth available for my gameserver so I'm not too worried about a slow website...

I figured it all out! now my website is capped and wont interfere with my game server.. :)

and I didn't lose anything (which is surprising for me)... Thanks!!
