phpBB images won't load- cannot access sfolders w/in phpBB

Basically, no images are loading for me.. I get "?" for each image (even the small images)

When I try to drag the phpBB logo off the page, the reference reads:
http://rta.mskcc.org/cafe/index.php And, when it lands on my desktop, the filename is: index.php.webloc

I was told to try loading the URL for the image, to see if that would load the image, but it didn't, it gave me a Server Error -500

If I try to load a subfolder (eg. localhost/cafe/db ) I also get a server error..
(cafe is the name of my forum)
Any ideas for how to fix this would be very appreciated.

for example, the logo at the top left isn't loading

this is the link to the gif:

If I load this into my browser, I get a server error,

In fact, If I try to load anything deeper than /cafe/
I get a server error -500 (Abyss Server)

So, If i were to load http://rta.mskcc.org/cafe/templates/subSilver/images
you would think that I'd see a list of the images in that folder, but nope.

The Web Server seems to be working fine though..

I helped Djbeta online just now
and the problem is solved , I told
him to remove the / cgi path !

Issue is fixed !
