Is there a way to allow directory indexing for only specific directories? I would like to do this without a script because there is always a way to still get into the directory with tools (eg: GetRight Browser). Curently I just have a index.html file which displays "Access Denied" when you go to those directories. Is there a way to make Abyss do this? _________________ http://jmoschetti45.com |

I would actually get some use out of that feature.
Guess it is up to 2 requests now. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

I would too, a lot of it. Prevents those script kiddies from stealing all my source code. Now its up to 3 requests. _________________ http://jmoschetti45.com |

Ha! I just thought of a method of doing it. Although it is sort of obvious, directory indexing only happens when there is no "index.html" in a directory. So turn directory indexing ON, and then for every directory you want to hide, just make a blank text document, and call it "index.html." _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Oh... Sorry. I personally didn't consider a blank page a script, but I see what you mean. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

Aprelium recently posted yesterday, and they didn't say anything in this thread.
I'll make a new thread in "Suggestions for the Future" on this topic, and hopefully Aprelium will recognize this. _________________ Bienvenidos! |
