Hello everyone,
I would like to run two websites under the same installation and server but can not get it to work correctly. It seems that they over lap. Everytime I make changes to one site the other shows them.
I want this two webs sites not to see each other. Any ideas. |

I don't know... it isn't looking good. There could be a chance the "preview" version won't be out this week. And besides, that's just a preview. The REAL version 2.0 is said to be out at the end of this year...?! _________________ Bienvenidos! |

The site only explains about php and Perl. I have an asp site. I am sure that won't work correctly.
Any other ideas? |

Yeah, no one has come up with an ASP version yet. Perl and PHP are the popular formats of this forum. Even though you have an ASP site, you can still use the PHP or Perl version. _________________ Bienvenidos! |

I installed the PHP version for Windows and followed the instructions on the Aprelium page.
When I did I got an error message:
Warning: Unexpected character in input: '\' (ASCII=92) state=1 in C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\htdocs\index.php on line 22
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\htdocs\index.php on line 24
Any clue as to why I got this error message. |

Read my tutorial on PHP , Its more detailed
because I include screenshots , try it. Uninstall
your already installed copy before using this.

Hello,
I uninstalled PHP and followed your online instructions but I have no luck. I also forgot to mention that I have installed Aprelium software onto a Windows 2003 platform. Could this be a problem. |

Sadly enough , I cannot support the ASP version unless you feel like
buying me a copy of ActiveHTML , They are so mean to charge for
a scripting langauge , PHP and Perl are so much better and thats why
I use it for my ::Virtual Host Creator:: Project. Do you have a full version
of selisofts ActiveHTML ? I sure could use it lol :D |

First of all, Windows 2003 is not the problem (as I have run VHC and it worked). And to TRUSTpunk, Windows 2003 does not have Windows Messenger.
Make sure you are using relative paths and not absolute paths. _________________ Bienvenidos! |
