So everytime I wanna see the site I have to do this.... www.test.us:9000
How do I make it so you only have to type www.test.us without the :9000 :?: |

You have your server set up for port 9000. In the console you should change it to 80. By default, when you type in a URL it will connect on port 80. If you want to connect on a different port you will always have to add it to the URL. _________________ http://jmoschetti45.com |

*cry* I made the port default (80) And went into the other room and typed www.test.us and it said the page couldnt be displayed. If I type in www.test.us on the pc the server is on it works fine.
Do I need to type http://www.test.us, or can I just type www.test.us?
What am I doing wrong?? :? |

Heres some things to check:
1.) Are both computers online at the same time
2.) Try typing the IP of your server in on the other machine
3.) Do you use a router or firewall
Is your site really http://www.test.us/ ? _________________ http://jmoschetti45.com |

Some ISPs block port 80, so that could be the problem. _________________ Bienvenidos! |
