somewhere between your computer and the internet you have a firewall/router. you need to set that to forward the port to your computer.

Ok. 127.0.0.1, as you hopefully know, is localhost. That is your machine directly. Your router is blocking your internal ip (10.0.0.152) from your external, or "real world" ip (80.100.81.94). This is to be expected. What you need to do is change the configuration of your router to forward ports from 80.100.81.94 to 10.0.0.138. If all you doing is using a webserver, then all you need to do is forward port 80. I know nothing about your router or how it is set up, so I can't tell you how to get to the configuration. All I can guess is to type 10.0.0.1 (maybe...?) into your browser and see if it works. If you get a password prompt, type different combinations of "user" and "admin[istrator]."

Good luck.

Ok. In the "IP" routing, you should type this:
Destination: 10.0.0.152/80
Source: 80.100.81.94/80
Gateway: 10.0.0.138 (I'm not quite sure about this one, but try it anyway)
Interface: eth0 (switch to "pppoa" if this doesn't work)

You have an odd router/firewall, so this may not work. If it doesn't, then let me try to set it straight for you so you can figure it out on your own. "Destination" is your computer, having the internal IP of what I think is 10.0.0.152. "Source" can be one of the following: Your external (real-world) IP; 80.100.81.94, or your router/firewall; 10.0.0.138. Gateway could mean your router/firewall. I'm not quite sure about that one...

If this configuration does not work, switch some of the values around and it may work.
