Aprelium provides free and unlimited technical support for Abyss Web Server. Before requesting our help, Please read our support policy to know which questions we can answer.

Help us to help you

For a fast and accurate answer, it is recommended to:

  • Give us as much information as you can about your problem. Please avoid sending emails with sentences such as "It doesn't work".
  • Remember that we cannot see what is running or installed on your computer. So let us know about any special configuration detail you may have on your system: for example, if you have a firewall, do not forgot to mention it.
  • Attach the abyss.conf file to your email. This file is located in the Abyss Web Server installation directory. It contains all the configuration of our software so there is no need to send us screenshots of the console.
  • Send us any error message that you may have encountered.
