Access Problem

I set up a virtual path /anyfolder and have tried everything to limit access. I set it up Allow/Deny w/ one user (deny) and I can still access though one of the proxy sites, and severl friends have access it as well. I've tried several configurations - Deny/Allow, etc, etc and no luck. Your help is appreciated. I would like to be able to restrict access to the /anyfolder to only one user at a time, to grab a file from it once in a while.

The planets must have aligned just right as I was able to fix this issue. LOL

Actually I didn't have some settings right in Access Control.
