I have a counter in my site that created with frontpage however the counter does not work . does anyone know if ABYSS server support counter ?

Abyss Web Server does not support Frontpage extensions which is what you have used. You will have to download a counter in a language compatable with Abyss Web Server such as PHP, Perl, Python or ASP.
Also you have not posted in the correct forum. This should have been in General Questions.
