| I have a Public IP... I live in a Apartment thats alll one building almost like hotel and its internet is just a Cat5 plug! And i have no access to router. Is there anyway to do this... (possible connecting a router to the cat5 plug and fowarding it that way. or no help PLEASE |

Unfortunately if you cannot get access to the main router Im certain you wont be able to do this. Sorry.
