trying to set up sever i can not get out side to read mywebp

hello there, this is my first time trying to set up a home sever i have spent two days now going no where fast , i can ascess my web default web page but the out world cant., i am using a (d-link router di-704p ) and have gottin my ips numbers from router to my computer and the other computers on network can read default web page but outside world cant ,

that 192.168.xx.xx address is a local address only. You need to find your real IP address www.abyssunderground.co.uk/ip and use portforwarding in your router. Visit www.portforward.com for details on how to do this on your router.
