.NET Installation Error

A few months ago I used system recovery to restore windows from a horrible crash.
Since then the .NET Framework doesn't work anymore and every time I tried to install it, it throws an error:
INTERNAL ERROR 2908. {7D4B5591-4C80-42BB-B0E5-F2C0CEE02C1A}

I click OK then I get this one:

I click OK then I get this one:

I click OK then I get this one:

INTERNAL ERROR 2908. {FF766460-2F2B-4ADE-8E9B-781040797C80}

I click OK then I get this one:

INTERNAL ERROR 2908. {EB2A851A-66CC-4064-B8FA-B719D9F6D279}

Then when I clicked OK again I receive this:

Error 1935 An error occured during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.JScript,Version="7.0.5000.0",PublicKeyToken="b03f5f7f11d50a3a",Culture="neutral",Fileversion="7.10.3052.4". Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0x8002802F

Then (when I tried to install paint.NET didn't know if anything else gave me the same error), it returns me an error code: 1603


Anyone knows what to do?




BTW: The second system recovery a month or 2 ago didn't work either

Been a noob I understand that these code errors are Hot Key Registry files

First thing I would try is to delete these files and reinstall or an easier way, Windows Update and select Custom, theres a new .NET available install that and see how you get on.

Or am I way off on this.....
