PHP error in invision

Ok i have my forums all installed and running but when ever i go into the admin control panel sometime i get this error when i click any link.

Im also using the preconfigured php version this only happens once in awhile and when it does the server page doesn't load and i get a internal server error

You are going to have to put up a valid link or insert the error message text for us to know what you are referring to.
