Wont leave LAN!!! HELP!! =(

Ok, I've tried opening up ports, changing ports, configuring my router, and the site just won't work. I've also tried unblocking it with all the firewalls in my LAN, it STILL wont go.

Somebody!?! Please help!! =(

127.0.0.1 is your LOCAL ip address.

Obviously....Ive tried the WhatIsMyIp.com one...but I have to configure the router. I've looked at the article...

However, when he says to use yer IP to configure the router, it goes: 'The Page Cannot Be Displayed'
