| Download a Web Log Analyzer. Try Weblog Expert (Lite), or AWStats (Free). |

The programs that TRUSTPunk pointed you to are pretty good. If you want an inline unique visitors script then I have one in use on my site (written in PHP). It's not perfect yet but it's pretty close. Click the link below and leave me feedback and I'll send it to you if you want it.
