| ok i have a router at my house and the site works in local but dont works for the internet so wat should i do? |

Providing a model number and your ISP could also help us a lot more.

| ok does it have to be port 80 becuz i have cox internet and i called them up they said they block port 80 the router is DI-604 |

No it doesnt have to be port 80 but port 80 is the most common. Try something like 1024 or 8080.
