| Ok, today I updated my website I added some stuff so I chaged index to update and when i was done I delted the update file and put the new index file back, if I put in my I.P it works as if it wass all done but when I put it my free domina I got (no-ip) it won`t work :S |

Try the most obvious solution:
Check that your IP hasnt changed and that no-ip still has the same address. If not, update it.
