I think you'll need a few more options, really. (A builder would be a good idea, but you'd have to make it yourself.)
Also, 7 days is a little excessive :x

It says "upto" 7 days. Its just so I allow some time to myself you know what im saying? If I go away for the weekend for example people are going to get a little annoyed if I dont reply, so I put that there so they know it can take me up to 7 days to reply. Its generally within 12-24hours that I reply.
