Why is that the last three companies I've paid money to have had deplorable installation instructions and software installers?
X2 product key starts P0- and installer says invalid wthout L0-
Too late to get a refund on something that doesn't work out of the box?

There are two codes included in the e-mail you get sent. One is the product key and one is the serial code. You need to re-read the e-mail.
I know it is like this because I have X2 myself and had this same problem to begin with, simply because I never read the entire e-mail. I was too egar to try out my new purchase! _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)

scorpion5005,
The registration key which starts with L0 is on your order confirmation email (as stated on the dialog which is requesting it). It is also the key that you have used to access the download area. To activate the server, you need both keys: the registration and the product keys.
By the way, we have already answered your email sent to Priority support. Please let us know if you still have problems with the registration process.
Thanks. _________________ Support Team
