Does anyone out there in the Abyss world know how to install PEAR on Abyss Web Server X1??

PEAR installation does not involve the web server, it only involves PHP. So all you have to do on Abyss Web Server side is to have PHP correctly setup. Then install PEAR as explained in its documentation.
