router HELP HELP

i m using adsl router (dsl-500T) malaysia

configuration router ip address is 192.168.1.1


when i c my ip address via (aprelium view ip) webpage.
the ip address is diffrent with 192.168.1.1

BUT, when i key in the new ip address,
it also go 2 my router configuration page.
y?
how 2 set?

or use dialup connection ,can fix this problem?


i also ask tech already,
he say all adsl router user will use same setting
like this...

ip address=192.168.1.2
subnet mask=255.255.255.0
gateway=192.168.1.1

dns configuration 1=202.188.1.5
dns configuration 2=202.188.0.133

cannot be change..............
