CGI webhosting script

dear readers, am having a problem installing this script i got off the internet called webhost / http://www.myidealscript.com/ please someone help me out on this. i think am so stupid to make this work helppp i added the script on cgi-bin i have set the paths.

CGI Interpreters
\cgi-bin\index.html html

CGI Paths
/cgi-bin
/*.html

User CGI Environment Variables
/Documents and Settings/admin/Desktop/http/Abyss Web Server/cgi-bin/

what am i doing so wrong :( its drving me crazy ! hold gotta jump off my window ! please someone i think i need to see STEP BY STEP SCREEN DUMP ON HOW YOU SET THIS THING UP.

Your not stupid , the people who provided bad installation instructions are.
I tried this script also and it fails , even with proper CGI support installed :/

Webhost Lite/Free is poorly coded for Windows , I e-mailed the author and
I told them to fix how the $path variable should be on a Windows OS. :)

Note: Please install Perl properly , your settings don't look good.
