First of all this is not really a problem just a question now ....
I want to know if it is possible to change the cgi-bin to go somewhere else
but I think I have already figured it out...
But thanks anyway |

Yes, it is possible to do put your CGI files where you want to. You aren't restricted to /cgi-bin. Please read the documentation about the CGI parameters for more information. _________________ Support Team

Im sure you've figured this out by now or given up being it's been a month since this last post, but for those that are looking here for an answer for themselves...
You do not have to keep cgi-bin in the Abyss/cgi-bin...
Open the abyss control panel, Server Configuration, Advanced, CGI Parameters, then go to CGI Path... change the /cgi-bin or just add a new one to the path where you want your cgi folder to be accessed from.
example: instead of "/cgi-bin" or "/" you'd enter "c:/Program Files/Server Stuff/MySite/cgi-bin Or whatever path it is to where the new cgi folder is. |
