Connection Issues.

Hello there,

like a few people on this forum, I'm having difficulties with others not being able to connect to my server. On the other hand, I connect fine using ruinas.no-ip.info or my actual ip from several sites. I saw a guide that is helpful for this issue but I'm not using a router.

When I use http://proxify.com/ I recieve the following error:

Error Message
Couldn't connect to ruinas.no-ip.info:80: Connection timed out

My firewall is the average on with windows and the Free Edition of PC Tools FireWall Plus.

moo2yoo,

Since some ISP may block port 80, we suggest using another port instead of 80 and test accessing http://ruinas.no-ip.info:8000 (if the other port is 8000). Does it work?
