I cannot open up the Host Table in Abyss Web Server. Abyss Web Server is downloaded properly the default host on port 80 is up and running (I have the lastest version). I downloaded the activeHTML installation package from Selisoft.com and the instructions it says to declare the interpreter by opening the Hosts table and press configure which I cannot do because when I click on the configure it goes to the page 127.0.01/hosts/host @0/edit. I am aware that 127.0.0.1 is the localhost. What is wrong? I put my index.html and other files under the Abyss Web Server htdocs like it said to do.
Please Someone Can you Help me I have a deadline to finish a website. |

When you open the Abyss Web Server console , you should click Configure
on the Default Host On Port 80 and then go to Scripting Parameters to add
ASP support by declaring the Path to the ActiveHTML interpreter.

Thanks for replying
When I click on Default host on Port 80 and then configure it still takes me to a blank page with the error message displaying the page cannot be found with the address http://127.0.0.1/hosts/host@0/edit |

I changed Console, Settings, Port to 9999 and I finally got into the console, and I was able To select The scripting parameters and the rest of the directions to set up ASP, Now I have to test it out on UlraDev and let see what happens |

Speaking of activeHTML, have you got a free version or it isn't available anymore? I don't want to pay 50$ for this, since I'm only using it for fun and to learn asp.
Another free alternative to activeHTML? |
