coding without being connected to the net?

I,ve just recently bought a laptop and would like to try out some coding without it being connected to the net, I will be using dreamweaver 2003 on the laptop will it be able to show if its working ion browser with out being coinnected to net? ,Or is there another way?

Just install Abyss on the laptop exaclty as it is on your server and use localhost to view the pages off the web.

http://localhost/ or http://127.0.0.1 should give local host.
