Blat connect to your SMTP server to send emails.
PHP does the same too when PhpBB asks it for sending emails. So why using Blat??

| i try a lot of SMTP servers (including argosoft) and phpBB its always sending mail errors... |

Probably because you had SMTP auth enabled for everything including 127.0.0.1.

| nopes, i had enable SMTP protection, only 127.0.0.1 can send mails |
