Since you say you've been at it for 5 hours, I presume you've opened port 80 on your router and your firewall? Or whatever port you've set it to instead ... it's possible that Verizon blocks port 80, lots of ISPs do that 'cause they don't like their customers running servers. Anyway that's the first thing to check.

The address http://141.149.56.249 IS your WAN IP address.

Your router doesn't support loopback. Search the forum for 'loopback' for more details.

ok i have another problem... ok my router is Westell Versalink 327W or something like that... is from Verizon if ya havent read the post at the top... well on the router configuration it has a loopback thing... its called ATM Loopbac... i'm wondering if its enable can i be able to access my site through my WAN IP???? The reason i ask this is because well i have a phpBB forum and in order for it to work properly i must put the WAN address... and if i do that then when I try to access it with the local host it gives me error pages and things like that but now if i type in the ip the router gives me which is 192.168.1.46 i can access the site good but the people who access my site has the problems... if anyone knows how to help me please i need help.... well this is my site if anyone can help http://151.205.97.244:8080/phpBB2.. for some reason my ip keeps changing
