i am not sure if the problem is abyss, no-ip or some firewall settings

Both do not work

Maybe your firewall? (Make Sure Port 80 Is Open)
Or
Do you have a router? (Setup Port Forwarding)

The above are just some of the most common problems

set up a new account with no-ip and it seems to work.
