liberum helpdsk+logon loop

I have installed liberum, running on abyss, installed ahtml ( bought it ). When I try to login to the web site I just get looped back to the login page. I have checked liberum's forums, and it seems to be a problem with IE6 SP1 & M$ security patch MS01-055.

I can use Firefox without issue, and if i set an entry in the hosts file of mydomain.com, and set the config of the helpdesk to that domain it works fine.

I have renamed the server and got a new licence from selisoft, but it still doesnt work. I am using a no-ip redirect with mydomain.no-ip.com, for the URL.

has anyone come across this & got a fix I can try.

the problem was to do with the port i was using and no-ip. having swithced the portto 80 all is OK
