I just wanted to clear things up for everyone who downloads MySQL v4.1 , this
version for some reason doesn't include winmysqladmin.exe so please if you
need a link to the version that includes this file , go to my website.

MySQL 4.1.8 is the last version to include winmysqladmin.exe.
You have to choose "custom" install to include it.

Winmysqladmin.exe is an older GUI for Win9x. For WinNT/2k/XP,
they want you to download MySQL Administrator Tool...
