Abyss Web Server runs your scripts and it is your scripts responsibility to do the access to the database (Abyss has nothing to do with that.)
So if you get an error message from your script, please check it and try to detect the problems in it.
If you get an error message from Abyss Web Server, tell us what error you have and we will help you understanding it. _________________ Support Team

It depends on the type of the page. Does it contain scripts ? If so, what language is it used ?
HTML pages doesn't do access to databases. Scripts can do that. This is a bit technical but we need to know that in order to help you.
You can also post the page contents here so we can have a look on it. _________________ Support Team
