Hi,
I sometimes have a total connection drop (cable unplugged pop-up), when somebody tries to view the files on my site (.jpg for example), and I guess it is a router issue (I am connected to the router). I have a Belkin 4-port router and the forwarding works ok (I set TCP and UDP on port 80 in virtual server inside the router).
Has anyone come up with such a problem before? Any solutions? Because it is really annoying. The software is really nice, but....
Thanks. |

To know if the problem comes from Abyss or from your network, try browsing locally the site hosted by Abyss (using http://127.0.0.1) after the external connection drops. If it works, this means that the problem doesn't come from Abyss.
In this case, you'll have to check your router and with ISP (some ISP can dynamically ban users if they use more upload bandwidth than the normal, which can happen often with a web server.) |
